Located in downtown Charleston, Jibe is within walking distance from many businesses, hotels, cafes and local restaurants making the studio a convenient location.
If it's your first time riding at our studio location please be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in, and for our team to help you get set up on the bike.

We offer women’s locker rooms with three showers and men’s locker rooms with two showers. Each with secured lockers.
filtered water & energy aids
Enjoy filtered water bottle filling stations along with pre and post workout energy aids for purchase.

shoe rentals
Need shoes? we’ve got you covered with shoe rentals for $3. if you bring your own our bikes accomodate spd clips.
parking
There is ample metered parking on either side of the building. There Is also a parking garage directly across the street.

Our studio features Stages bikes and plenty of space for you to sweat and have fun, we also have a state of the art sound system and lounge area to relax before and after class.

Our Signature 45-minute rhythmic ride that combines choreographed rhythmic moves with cycling techniques for a high-intensity workout designed to target your upper body, legs and core. The music is our inspiration and our instructors live to motivate. Step outside of your comfort zone, ride with a purpose, and let your tribe uplift and drive you.

Epic Ride
Our signature class but double the time! This 90-minute full body ride is sure to be a burner.

Hill Ride
Hill Ride- This 45-minute ride combines heavy resistance and choreography to build strength and stamina. You can expect powerful climbs, big dance moves, and 1-2 songs of hand weights, all to the beat of the music.

Strength Ride
This 45-minute ride combines intense cardio with strength training: focusing on using hand weights for the majority of the class, choreography and varied resistance throughout the ride to create a full body workout.

Tack Strength
A 45 min OFF BIKE, HIIT, beat based class which focuses on full body strength, stamina, and mobility. Expect a combination of weighted functional fitness-based movements with bursts of cardio throughout that aim to build muscle and endurance.

A 45 minute off the bike class designed to tone & tighten your entire body, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance.
