  • Ride

    Our Signature 45-minute rhythmic ride that combines choreographed rhythmic moves with cycling techniques for a high-intensity workout designed to target your upper body, legs and core. The music is our inspiration and our instructors live to motivate. Step outside of your comfort zone, ride with a purpose, and let your tribe uplift and drive you.

    We also offer a 90 minute Epic Ride, Cycle Sculpt, Hill Ride and Strength Ride at select studios.

  • tack

    A 45 min OFF BIKE, HIIT, beat based class which focuses on full body strength, stamina, and mobility. Expect a combination of weighted functional fitness-based movements with bursts of cardio throughout that aim to build muscle and endurance.

    We also offer Tack Strength, Tack Sculpt, and Tack Stretch at select studio locations.
