Jibe Instructor: Kat

Kat

Kat was born and raised in Fargo, ND. She took her first group fitness class in 2011 and started teaching during her senior year of high school. She taught a wide variety of classes throughout college and was the Program Manager of Group Fitness at her campus rec center.

After graduating early from the University of Kansas (rock chalk!), she was promoted to Fitness & Wellness Coordinator. This gave her the opportunity to attend grad school [basically] for free as the Graduate Assistant of Fitness & Wellness Programming at Belmont University in Nashville, TN.

What better place to fall in love with rhythm-based cycling than MUSIC CITY?! Kat was one of the original instructors at a studio in Nashville when it opened in August of 2018. In November of 2019, she followed her heart to Mount Pleasant to be close to the ocean.

With over a decade of teaching experience under her belt, Kat knows her way around a podium. Equal part coach and part cheerleader, her classes will encourage and inspire you to step into your full potential.

"Find out what makes you kinder, what opens you up and brings out the most loving, generous and unafraid version of you, and go after those things as if nothing else matters."
